About Me
Hi, I’m Rocky — the fire behind Fire & Fork.
By day, I’m a full time, licensed commercial insurance agent and project manager intern for a federal construction and engineering company, juggling life as a full time university student. By night (and honestly, every spare moment in between), I’m in the kitchen with a fork in one hand and a flame of creativity in the other.
Cooking isn’t just food for me — it’s my therapy, my art, and my favorite way to connect with my husband, family, and friends. From fiery sriracha bowls to cozy comfort classics like shepherd’s pie, I love creating dishes that are approachable, bold, and always packed with heart.
At 26, I’m a married, baptized Christian who finds joy in both faith and flavor. My kitchen is where passion meets peace — where stress melts away, new ideas come alive, and every recipe becomes a story worth sharing.
When I’m not cooking, you’ll find me volunteering at church, practicing Pilates, diving into a good book, or hanging out with my two dogs and my cat. Life is busy, but that balance fuels me — and it’s exactly what I pour into Fire & Fork: quick, flavorful meals made for real people with real schedules.
